Return and Exchange Policy

At She Wears Well, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.


7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Unboxing Video

All returns and exchanges require an unboxing video of your shipment.

Without an unboxing video, we CANNOT process any return or exchange request, regardless of the reason.

What Your Unboxing Video Must Show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • Opening the package completely
  • All items inside the package
  • Clear view of the product from all angles
  • Any damage or defects (if applicable)

Start recording BEFORE you open the package. This is mandatory for all orders.


Return Eligibility

You can return items within 7 days if:

  • You have a complete unboxing video
  • Items are unused and unworn
  • All original tags and labels are attached
  • Items are in original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order number)

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery for:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong items received
  • Size or color issues

Mandatory: Unboxing video is required for ALL exchange requests.


Refund Policy

All refunds are issued as She Wears Well (SWW) Wallet Credit ONLY.

We do NOT provide cash refunds or refunds to your original payment method.

SWW Wallet Credit:

  • Can be used on any future purchase
  • Never expires
  • Processed within 5-7 business days after return approval
  • Full order value credited to your wallet

No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.


How to Return or Exchange

  2. Provide the following:

    • Order number
    • Unboxing video (mandatory)
    • Photos of the item
    • Reason for return/exchange
  3. Wait for authorization:

    • We'll review your video and request
    • If approved, we'll provide return instructions
  4. Ship the item back:

    • Pack securely with all tags and packaging
    • Use trackable courier service
    • Keep your shipping receipt
  5. Receive your resolution:

    • For Returns: SWW Wallet credit within 5-7 days
    • For Exchanges: Replacement shipped after we receive your return

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged/defective/wrong.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings (pierced) - hygiene reasons
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Items with removed or damaged tags
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or use
  • Final sale items
  • Orders without unboxing video
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery

Important Conditions

Time Limit

  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Requests after 7 days will not be accepted

Unboxing Video is Mandatory

  • NO unboxing video = NO return or exchange
  • This applies to all orders, including damaged items
  • Video must be clear and show the complete unboxing process

Inspection

  • All returned items are inspected upon receipt
  • Items not meeting return conditions will be refused
  • You may be charged return shipping if items don't qualify

Wrong Address

  • Do not return items without authorization
  • Always contact us first for proper return address
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Record the unboxing video (mandatory)
  2. Contact us within 48 hours with video and photos
  3. We'll provide:
    • Free replacement (if available)
    • SWW Wallet credit (if replacement unavailable)
    • Prepaid return label at no cost

Without unboxing video, damage claims cannot be processed.


Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

Contact us immediately to cancel. SWW Wallet credit issued within 3-5 business days.

After Shipment

Cannot be cancelled. Must follow return process after delivery (within 7 days with unboxing video).


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a cash refund? No. All refunds are issued as SWW Wallet credit only.

What if I don't have an unboxing video? We cannot process any return or exchange without an unboxing video.

Can I return after 7 days? No. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Do I get free return shipping? Only if the item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item.

Can I exchange for a different size? Yes, within 7 days with unboxing video. Return shipping is your responsibility.

How long until I get my wallet credit? 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return.

Can I use wallet credit on any product? Yes, SWW Wallet credit can be used on any future purchase and never expires.

What if the replacement is out of stock? We'll issue SWW Wallet credit for the full amount.
